ElderTALK will create opportunities for older adults to come together to discuss aging, emotional challenges and opportunities, loneliness, grief, suicide & the impact of aging with the support of a facilitator and peers
Who can join ElderTALK?
Any adult over the age of 55 who is able to participate at one of our 3 sites and make a commitment to attend the group over the course of a few months. Our 3 sites are located across the Wellington & Dufferin and include:
ElderTALK will begin at the Heritage River Retirement Community on November 8th, 2011 at 2:30pm in the Games Room and will meet every second Tuesday after that.
There is no cost to participate: ElderTALK has been funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation until June 2012.
